Take an easy stroll around the lake frontage in Rotorua to see some small pockets of volcanic activity and take in the lake views. You will walk past the main area that give Rotorua its smell the Sulphur pans and Sulphur Point at the edge of the lake. Circle back through the Government Gardens past Rachel spring and past the old Museum all worth a look. Loop through Kuirau Park also which has some great free yet active volcanic pools and steam vents.
We shopped around for best deal, we wanted a rental vehicle for 17 days, to travel the South Island. Ezi came through cheapest. We had a 2019 model RAV4, excellent condition, it was comfortable for 3 travellers. Easy online booking service; Ezi offers value for money...Sheryl Edlin
