Keeping safe over the Red Light setting
We will strictly adhere to Government and Ministry of Health guidelines for social distancing, number of people gathered, face mask wearing, contact tracing and heightened measures of hygiene.
We have designed good health and safety measures to keep our staff and customers safe, with cleaning and sanitisation as our main focus. Please note we ask you to maintain the social distancing requirements of one metre at the branches, follow our signage when queuing, sign in using the NZ Covid Tracer app, and masks or face coverings must be worn at all times.

Our Customer Service Team will be operating normally from their remote locations, they are contactable from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 6:00pm on weekends. We strongly recommend that you either email us at [email protected] or via LiveChat on our website, as you can appreciate, our phone lines are currently very busy. We aim to respond to all emails within a 24-hour period, however if you do need to call, we are also available on the numbers below:

We are very proud of our cleaning processes at Ezi Car Rental but during this time we have put in place additional cleanliness procedures across our network. This includes increased sanitisation of all rental vehicles, with a particular focus on the sanitisation of keys, steering wheels and other highly utilised areas of the vehicle.
All Ezi Branch staff are also adhering to the Ministry of Health’s guidelines regarding hygiene advice and social distancing measures.

All changes in the Alert Levels will be communicated on our website and via our social media channels. The updates will highlight what you need to do as a customer, whether you have a current booking or one in the future.
There is no cancellation fee at Ezi, if you wish to cancel your booking please let us know.

5 stars. We booked at Auckland airport. We got picked up literally as we stepped out of airport. Friendly staff took our info and gave us the car keys(near new Rav4). Super simple process and car was in great condition. While dropping the car back Took them 2 minutes to inspect the car and without waiting we got dropped back to airport. Great price and they don't charge anything extra like cleaning etc. I would highly recommend them.Ricky X
