Each month, we celebrate the best travel moments from our Drive Ezi Community. Whether it’s a scenic shot, a funny moment, or a spontaneous roadside discovery — your photo could win you a FREE two-day car rental!
How We Choose Finalists
We love every photo that comes through — but each month, our Ezi team will shortlist 5 standout entries based on creativity, storytelling, and that unmistakable Ezi vibe.
Then, it’s over to the public! Finalists will be posted on our Facebook, and the photo with the most genuine likes and reactions will be crowned the winner. The voting will be open for a one-week period.
Note: To keep things fair, we don’t allow vote trading or “like for like” groups. All votes must be authentic.
What Makes a Great Entry?
We’re not judging photography skills — we’re celebrating real moments from your New Zealand road trip. Some past favourites might include:
- A family picnic with an Ezi car in the background
- A solo traveller capturing a sunrise from the driver’s seat
- A couple posing with their Ezi ride at a scenic lookout
- A quirky roadside stop with the Ezi logo peeking through
- Anything that shows joy, adventure, and the spirit of travel!
Extra points if your photo features an Ezi car or logo — we love seeing our fleet out in the wild. But please ensure your photo meets the Terms & Conditions—no unsafe or prohibited actions (e.g., off-road driving, streams, standing on the bonnet, or in the middle of the road).
Terms and Conditions
- The prize consists of a free two-day car rental with collection from any of our 24 branches. The vehicle make and model will be selected by Ezi Car Rental.
- You must have rented an Ezi vehicle for at least one day during the competition month.
- As specified by the vehicle Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions, do not provide content which directly opposes the regulations in the agreement, in particular points 5.1 – 5.5, for example using the vehicle anywhere that is not officially designated as a road, driving through streams, taking images of standing on the bonnet of the vehicle, or in dangerous situations such as standing in the middle of the road.
- Photos must be submitted by the Photo Uploader link provided.
- The competition closes at midnight NZST on the last day of the month.
- The prize is redeemable for 12 months from the day given.
- The top five images will be chosen by the Ezi team, the decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. These images will be uploaded to the Ezi Facebook page (www.facebook.com/EziCarRental/) and will be up to a public vote on which image gets the most ‘likes’. The voting will be open for a one week period and close.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address which they submitted with the photo.
